Fill out a short health questionnaire. We match you with up to three vetted providers—MDs, NDs, or NPs—who specialize in your condition. You select the provider that fits your preferences.Subscription-Based Appointments
After the initial visit, choose a monthly subscription that fits your needs:
30 minutes — $115
60 minutes — $215
90 minutes — $305
Sessions can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
Personalized Testing & Treatment
Providers design a custom care plan using evidence-based testing and lab protocols tailored to your needs.Home Delivery of Labs, Medications & Supplements
Get test kits, lab orders, prescriptions, and supplements delivered to your home. Mobile blood draws may be available in some areas.
3. Initial Visit & Ongoing Care
Initial Patient Visit – $395
A comprehensive 2-hour Zoom session to establish your care foundation. Includes questionnaire review, lab history, and protocol setup.Discovery Calls – $45 per provider
Optional 15-minute exploratory calls; credited toward the initial visit if you become a patient within two months.Monthly Maintenance Plan – $65/month
For established patients (after 2 consecutive monthly visits), this plan includes secure messaging and ongoing access to discounts, plus optional appointments at standard rates.Provider Change Request – $95 + first new session
Includes administrative fee and first visit with a new provider at your current subscription rate
