  • Tailored Virtual Appointments: Choose the monthly subscription that best fits your needs — 30, 60, or 90 minutes with your provider, including the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade monthly.

Onboarding Steps for Patients

We are now live in 46 states! (Coming soon in AK, CA, HI & OR)

1. Create Your Ravel Patient Portal Account

Quick and easy — only takes 1-2 minutes.

2. Complete a Brief Questionnaire

Share your health journey with us in just 3-5 minutes. This helps us understand your needs.

3. Get Matched with Providers

We’ll match you with up to 3 Lyme, mold, and complex chronic illness specialists. You’ll receive their Ravel profiles via email — review them at your leisure and let us know who is the best fit.  

4. Ready to Move Forward?

If you'd like to proceed, you’ll fill out some detailed health forms (including health history, toxic exposures, consent forms, etc.), plus provide credit card details for monthly billing.

5. Schedule Your Initial Visit

Once your paperwork is complete and your credit card information has been added, book your first visit with your chosen provider through the Patient Portal calendar based on mutual availability.

6. Select Your Subscription

After your first visit, choose the subscription plan that works best for you (30, 60, or 90-minute follow-up visits). You can adjust your subscription monthly based on your needs. If you don't make changes, your subscription will renew automatically the following month. Move to our Maintenance subscription after 3 consecutive visits or cancel any time after 3 months.
